Odds and Ends for this week's dance action in Tidewater

Hello Dancers... From our Weekly Newsletter

Hello Dancers,

Judy and Walter are now offering an all Country-Western social dance at "A Time to Dance" Studio. We will be holding the dance on the second Friday night of each month. The first dance will be on June 11th. The dance will run from 8:30pm until 11:30pm. Judy will provide light refreshments. The cost is $5.00 per person.

Please pass the word. This is for a trial run only and we would like to see some interest in a clean, well run and safe Country Western Social dance. If there is enough interest we will expand on this idea.

The music will be all Country-Western dance music. The dance will be for "Couples" and "Pattern Partner" dances.

The Couples dances will be:

Country Two Step

Triple Two Step

Night Club Two Step

Waltz

Cha-Cha

East Coast Swing

West Coast Swing

The Pattern partner dances will start off slow until we pick them up: Cowboy Cha-Cha Schottische Side Kick Long Branch Hustle McGraw Stroll & more.

We will also feature the Wagon Wheel and WCS mixer dances.

The only lessons will be when we can convince Cherie (or anyone else) to teach a Pattern Partner dance.

Friday June 11th - 8:30 to 11:30pm
